TCM Distribution offers a post code delivery/collection service which enables everyone in the horticultural industry (including the private sector) with a ‘just in time’ delivery service which runs all year round. This reduces the need for holding stock or ordering very large quantities so reducing your costs in stock as well as reducing the possibility of ‘throw-away’ stock each year.
We have a very simple and focused ‘Customer is King’ policy and company principles which lay the foundation to ensuring the satisfaction of your customers is as high a priority for us as your satisfaction as our customer. We do what we promise and maintain the quality of the product we deliver on your behalf as if you delivered it yourself. We arrange all collections 24 hours before planned delivery, ensuring that the quality of your product is as good as it was when we collected it.
Loads are collated and planned by an experienced team with excellent geographical knowledge of the UK as well as full use of the latest online services, all routes are scheduled for day runs ensuring that the product which we carry spends the least amount of time in transit. Our vehicles use the latest ‘live’ satellite navigation system to ensure that delivery times are achieved as planned (which has been proven to be the most effective method of working the fleet).
Real-time scan of signed pod: Each collection/delivery is notified to our customers via email, so you know when (date/time) your consignment has been delivered. Hard copy Pods are returned to our customers at the end of each week.
